Atlas Legal Document
Founding Provider Addendum
Canonical public copy of the optional founder terms that may grant early participating providers special pricing, pilot access, and feedback expectations.
1. Founder pricing and pilot benefits
When offered by Atlas, the founding provider addendum may grant discounted pricing, launch support, or early access to selected workflow features.
Founder pricing, credits, pilot allocations, and launch benefits apply only to the invited provider entity, location scope, and term stated by Atlas and may not be assigned, transferred, or expanded without Atlas approval.
Founder benefits do not waive payment duties for non-founder charges, third-party processing fees, reimbursable costs, taxes, chargebacks, or usage outside the covered launch scope.
2. Atlas discretion
Atlas may condition, reduce, pause, or terminate founder benefits at its discretion for launch-scope changes, limited capacity, product risk, compliance concerns, non-payment, low participation, misuse, or business needs.
Founder status is not exclusivity, a most-favored-pricing right, a perpetual discount, a referral guarantee, or a commitment to deliver any specific roadmap item, feature, integration, market, or service level.
3. Pilot participation and feedback
Founding providers agree to provide reasonable implementation feedback about onboarding, workflow fit, and product quality during the launch period.
Pilot features may change, be delayed, be rate-limited, or be discontinued as Atlas validates safety, reliability, compliance, and commercial fit.
Feedback may be used by Atlas to improve product design, operations, support materials, and analytics without owing royalties or creating exclusivity.
4. References and confidentiality
Atlas may request permission to reference the provider as an early design partner, but any public testimonial, case study, logo use, or named marketing reference still requires separate approval.
Founding providers may not publicly disclose non-public roadmap details, pricing, security information, pilot performance data, or other confidential Atlas information without written approval.
5. Expiration of founder status
Founder-only benefits expire according to the addendum's stated term, unless Atlas confirms an earlier renewal or replacement in writing.
Atlas may end founder benefits for non-payment, inactive participation, misuse, security risk, or breach of the Provider Participation Agreement.
The base Provider Participation Agreement, Business Associate Agreement when applicable, Lien Authorization, Terms of Service, and any other required Atlas documents remain in effect even after the founder addendum ends.
